The Best of Our 2021 Renovations

December 30, 2021

Hey y'all!

I'm Heather, an Old House Lover, DIY Addict, Gardener Wannabe, and Crazy Dog Lady. I have renovated historic houses for over 20 years now with an emphasize on preservation over a quick flip. Now, I take great joy in teaching others the ins and outs of the renovation world.

Drum roll please…..the best of our 2021 Renovations. As the end of the year comes to a close, I always enjoy looking back through all of my pictures to see the renovations we were able to complete over the course of one year. I am always reminded of goals set at the beginning of the year – some met and others missed – and unexpected turns along the way. I am always so very proud of all that our small team has been able to accomplish to help turn these historic houses into cherished homes and this year has been a good one. Thank you for coming along for the ride and I hope you enjoy some of our best from 2021.

And last but not least in wrapping up the best of our 2021 renovations, I was able to work in a few projects around My Home as well. On my garage I added an awning above the door and pergola with climbing roses above the garage doors. Next I added a much needed countertop to the vintage seat on my back porch and vertical slats as underpinning along the back of the house. And to the front yard, I added landscaping to the lawn. Let’s take a look!

Thanks again for joining me and my team on these renovation journey. I’m excited for 2022 and can’t wait to share with you what we have in store for next year.

Happy New Year!! ~Heather and Sampson
