Reworked Floor Plan
A strategic layout redesign that improves flow, function, and daily usability — giving you confidence before construction begins.
Investment
Reworked Floor Plans are priced by space and scope to ensure each project receives the appropriate level of strategy, detail, and attention.
Single-Space Reworks:

Kitchen Rework + 3-D Renderings — $1,500
Bathroom Rework + 3-D Renderings — $950
Laundry, Mudroom, Pantry, or Small Space Rework + 3-D — Starting at $750
Projects involving multiple connected spaces, structural relocation, or whole-home reconfiguration are reviewed individually. Please complete the questionnaire and I will provide a custom proposal tailored to your project’s scope and complexity.
What's Included:
- One 30-minute consult to review your existing layout and renovation goals
- Two strategic floor plan concepts tailored to your priorities
- Up to three rounds of revisions to your selected layout via email
- One 60-minute live editing session to finalize key decisions
Deliverables
- Before-and-after dimensioned floor plans
- Final revised layout prepared for contractor pricing
- Cabinet layouts and wall elevations (when applicable)
- 3-D rendering gallery of the approved design
- Recorded virtual walkthrough of the space
Getting Started:
- Complete the project questionnaire
- Schedule your 30-minute consultation
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a custom proposal including the service agreement and invoice for your 50% deposit. Your project is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
Materials Needed (at least 72 hours prior to your 30-minute consultation)
To make the most of your session, please submit:
- A measured floor plan (including windows, doors, fireplaces, etc.)
- Up to 10 current photos of the space
- Up to 10 inspiration images or a Pinterest board
- Your written objectives and wishlist
Your 30-minute consultation will proceed as scheduled once all materials are received. If materials aren’t submitted on time, your consultation may need to be rescheduled.
Final payment is due after your 60-minute live editing session is completed.
Important Notes
- I am not a licensed architect or structural engineer. All drawings are provided for design intent only and must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional when required prior to construction.
- This service provides conceptual layout recommendations. Final measurements, structural modifications, and construction details must be verified by your contractor or licensed professional.
- The deposit secures your project spot and is non-refundable.

- Floor plan with accurate measurements (including cabinetry, windows, and doors)

- Links to any selections already made (appliances, fixtures, lighting, hardware, etc.)
If materials are not received on time, your session may need to be rescheduled.

Plan Review
Professional layout feedback — delivered via recorded video.
A focused, strategic review of your existing floor plan with clear recommendations to improve flow, function, and overall usability.
Investment
$95 flat rate
If you move forward with a Reworked Floor Plan within 30 days, your $95 will be credited toward your deposit.
What's Included:
• 10–15 minute recorded video walkthrough of your submitted floor plan
• Professional feedback on layout flow and functionality
• Identification of potential problem areas
• Clear, actionable suggestions for improvement
Your video review will be delivered within five (5) business days of receiving all required materials.
