Reworked Floor Plan
A strategic layout redesign that improves flow, function, and daily usability — all within your existing square footage.
Investment
Reworked Floor Plans are priced by space and scope. This allows for clarity and ensures each project receives the appropriate level of attention and detail.
Single-Space Reworks (Includes 3-D Visualization)
Kitchen Rework + 3-D Renderings — $1,500
Bathroom Rework + 3-D Renderings — $950
Laundry, Mudroom, or Small Space Rework + 3-D — Starting at $750
These packages include both strategic layout reconfiguration and detailed 3-D visualizations for the selected space.
Projects involving two or more connected spaces, structural relocation, or whole-home reconfiguration are quoted individually based on scope and complexity. 3-D visualizations for additional rooms may be added as needed.
What's Included:
Each Single-Space Rework includes:
- One 30-minute consult call to review your existing floor plan and renovation goals
- Strategic floor plan reconfiguration tailored to your priorities
- Up to three rounds of layout revisions via email
- One 60-minute live editing session to finalize key details
- Cabinet layouts and select wall elevations (when applicable)
- A detailed 3-D rendering gallery of the finalized design
- A guided virtual walkthrough of the proposed space
For multi-space and whole-home projects, specific inclusions are outlined in your custom proposal.
Deliverables
- Before and after floor plans with dimensions
- Final revised layout ready to share with contractors
- Cabinet dimensions and wall elevations (if applicable)
- 3-D rendering gallery of the approved design (for single-space packages)
- Video walkthrough of the space
Additional 3-D renderings for secondary spaces are available upon request.
What I'll Need From You:
- Complete the project questionnaire
- Schedule your 30-minute consultation
After submitting the form, you will receive a custom proposal outlining the service agreement and invoice for your deposit. Your project is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
Within 72 hours of booking, please submit:
- A measured floor plan (including windows, doors, fireplaces, etc.)
- Up to 10 current photos of the space
- Up to 10 inspiration images or a Pinterest board
- Your written objectives and wishlist
Your 30-minute consultation will proceed as scheduled once all materials are received within 72 hours. If materials are not submitted on time, your consultation may need to be rescheduled.

What I'll Need From You:
All required materials must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled session:
• Floor plan with accurate measurements (including cabinetry, windows, doors)
• Up to 10 inspiration images or Pinterest board
• Notes outlining your objectives and wishlist
• Links to any selections already made (appliances, fixtures, lighting, hardware, etc.)
If materials are not received 72 hours prior, your session may need to be rescheduled.
Important Note
All measurements provided by the client must be verified by your contractor, cabinet maker, or licensed professional prior to construction or ordering materials.
Plan Review
Professional layout feedback — delivered via recorded video.
A focused, strategic review of your existing floor plan with clear recommendations to improve flow, function, and overall usability.
Investment
$95 flat rate
If you move forward with a Reworked Floor Plan within 30 days, your $95 will be credited toward your deposit.
What's Included:
• 10–15 minute recorded video walkthrough of your submitted floor plan
• Professional feedback on layout flow and functionality
• Identification of potential problem areas
• Clear, actionable suggestions for improvement
Your video review will be delivered within five (5) business days of receiving all required materials.

• Measured sketch or existing floor plan (including windows, doors, and major elements)
• Current photos of the space (if available)
• Brief written description of your goals and any specific concerns
